Scarf #10: Sunny Triangle Scarf

I finally turned my attention away from blankets tonight. I’ve called in the cavalry, in a manner of speaking, and have started collecting the blankets. They’ll be donated to the pregnancy center after Thanksgiving.

I found this pattern on Pinterest and have been wanting to try it for a while. It is a paid pattern called the Triangle Elaina Scarf on Etsy from Little Haven Crochet. It was quite easy and only took a few hours to make.

I’m calling this scarf #10 and therby competing my personal scarf challenge. I still have a couple more waiting in the wings, so you’ll probably still see a few more.

This scarf is a good example of why some items need blocking. It helps shape them. Once they are blocked, they will retain their shape even through the wash.

What do you this of the “triangle in the front bandana-like” scarf craze? I think it’s something I could get behind.
