Winter Wonderland Hat (Free Pattern)

Once the scarf was done, I figured, why not make a hat? It was my first time taking all the techniques that I’ve learned and sitting down and stitching up a hat that fits! I felt accomplished.

So my tree looks a little like a house. Who’s looking? It matches beautifully with the scarf anyway and has the essence of a tree on the hat.

The tree on the hat has a single bough.

The hat is worked brim first, then up to the pom pom.

Finishing:

I added a pom pom to my hat using a Pom Pom maker.

Now I’m ready for a winter wonderland!
